This North Indian Curry paste is delicious and incredibly versatile. Containing roast garlic and fresh ginger, it’s medium hot and a must have in the kitchen of any keen curry cook.
Mix with yoghurt of crème fresh for a dip, add to soups, or to meat as a marinade, follow the Curry sauce recipe, or mix with yoghurt for a no-colouring-added natural tandoori paste. Once opened, leave in a cupboard it will keep for years and just get better.
